Overhead and underground line installation equipment
In its 17,000 m2 of workshops and storage warehouses, Dorsalys has over 25,000 specially sized vehicles and pieces of equipment.
Some of the most commonly used tools are:
- single- and multi-beam aerial lifts;
- puller-tensioners;
- hydraulic winders;
- stringing equipment;
- wheeled winches;
- lifting booms;
- all types of cables.
The Dorsalys laboratory and its specialist staff are dedicated to creating custom-made parts to adapt our equipment to suit the various phases of your projects.
We constantly invest in acquiring and maintaining technical equipment, giving us real ability to act on site without the need to obtain equipment from third parties.
Dorsalys’s centralised management means dormant equipment is kept to a minimum, as well as allowing regulatory checks to be carried out with the greatest of rigour every time equipment is returned from a site.
HVB substation installation and maintenance/operation equipment
Our equipment fleet is regularly inspected and tracked, and includes all the tools needed to correctly carry out our civil engineering, structural, earthing, HVA, HVB and LV installation work:
- Civil engineering: theodolites, lasers, anchor templates, formwork;
- Structural: impact drivers;
- Earthing: crimpers, bending tools;
- Stringing: idlers, actuators, winches;
- Handling: forklift trucks, stackers, cabinet lifters;
- Lifting: lorries with auxiliary crane, lifting accessories;
- Medium voltage: HVA cable assembly kits; hydraulic presses;
- High voltage: hydraulic presses, bending tools;
- Low voltage: torque screwdrivers, crimping pliers.
As well as tools for testing electrical equipment from LV to HVA:
- Disconnectors: Microhmmeters, Megohmmeters;
- Circuit breakers: SF6 transfer units, SF6 testing kits, multi-channel chronometers (simultaneity)
- Transformers: Ratiometer, thermocouple + oil bath, oil sample kit;
- Connections: Thermal camera, torque wrenches,
- Networks: Earth tester, phase indicators, network analysers;
- Instrumentation and control: I/U injection kit, functional testing bench.
We also provide all safety equipment that is essential to the successful completion of your projects:
- Marking equipment;
- Scaffolding, mobile lightweight individual work platforms;
- Rescue sticks, voltage detectors, earthing and short-circuit rods;
- Voltage detectors: LV, HVA, HVB;
- Earthing devices with interlocking between the line clamp and earth clamp;
