The highlight of this second stone-laying was the installation of a container.
The site is to have an office building constructed with recycled sea containers reduce its carbon footprint. The solution was provided by B3 Ecodesign, an Eiffage Construction subsidiary which is converting this maritime transport waste for use in real estate projects.
The site covers 12,000 m² of ground, with 2,300 m² of offices and 1,000 m² of warehousing, beneath photovoltaic panels delivering 250 .
This is a fine demonstration of our capacity for innovation and internal synergy, to reduce our carbon footprint and make our sites increasingly more attractive.
The site’s future occupants are currently based in various towns on the outskirts of Dijon and will be moving to at the end of 2023.
